Abstract The present invention provides a smart e-rickshaw powered by solar PV with MPPT technique and controlled by intelligent positioning system having the following feature: a Smart E- Rickshaw having the feature of smart charging /intelligent position system a Solar PV System in e-rickshaw consisting of PV Panel, DC/DC Converters, SoC/SoH of battery monitoring system, energy management system; and a Maximum Power Point Tracking using Black Widow Optimization (BWO) Technique. The Internet of Things (IoT) based Traffic Congestion Area Alert for E-Rickshaw in which traffic is controlled by intelligent positioning monitoring system. The High speed network is required whose frequency should be greater than 2.1 Gigahertz in order to establish connection with the server for data communication.
