The invention discloses a method for predicting winter-spring stock abundance of Ommastrephes bartramii in the Northwest Pacific Ocean Based on a grey system. The method comprises steps of: (1) obtaining four sea environment and climate factors of nino3.4 anomaly, PDO data, a sea surface temperature SST and a chlorophyll concentration Chl-a through a remote sensing satellite; (2) performing grey correlation analysis on four sea environment and climate factors; (3) selecting four factors having a highest correlation degree according to a grey correlation analysis result, wherein the four factors include: an average sea surface temperature of spawning ground in March, Pacific Decadal Oscillation in January, nino3.4 anomaly in April and an average chlorophyll concentration in April; (4) establishing 8 prediction models based on the grey system according to four selected factors; and (5) performing validity check on 8 prediction models to select a grey correlation model GM (1,4) structure as the method for predicting winter-spring stock abundance of Ommastrephes bartramii in the Northwest Pacific Ocean. The prediction precision of the method is more than 90%.
