Article discusses revival of work on three extensive rail-highway grade separation projects on Long Island Railroad, subsidiary of Pennsylvania Railroad; they are Atlantic Avenue project in Brooklyn, which will cost $23,809,000, Rockaway Beach project, which will involve expenditure of about $11,650,000, and aqueduct grade elimination, which will entail expenditure of $2,187,000.
