Behavior of transversely formed box girder model subjected to pure bending, where deck plating of model is loaded above buckling load; experimental results obtained are in reasonable agreement with theoretical investigations and show influence of fabrication initiated plate deflections on buckling and post-buckling behavior of deck plating; method is suggested for determining buckling load of plates having large initial deformations.
