Aircraft tires can be remolded by insertion into original tire mold, retreaded by new rubber coming down shoulder of tire and placed in mold, and recapped by replacing top tread rubber and inserting it into full circle contoured curing band or mold; description of second method which found application for reconditioning tires on aircraft in Australia.
