The urban transport sector by bus in Brazil is in rapid growth and corresponds to more than 64 billion displacements per year and uses a fleet of approximately 113 thousand buses. In a project to restructure urban bus lines in a passenger transport company the need to identify Stakeholders is important so that the project manager can analyze and decide what actions should be taken. The research has a qualitative nature and the methodology used was the single case study. The objectives are to list the stakeholders of the project and identify the possible impacts they can provide to the project. The research resulted in 7 stakeholders, engagement and their possible impacts. The contribution to academia is in the presentation of stakeholders in a transportation sector project and the need to study expectations, interactions and degrees of power and interest. In practice, project managers can incorporate the stakeholders identified in their Stakeholder Management.
