The constant increase in the requirements for developing a new generation of stations radar inevitably leads to the use of a wide range of new system-technical, design and technological solutions at its creation and, consequently, methods of creating radar. Therefore, it is now at the stage of creating the new radar systems becomes extremely important issue of developing approaches to integrate cuttingedge technological and design solutions in the projected sample radar and, accordingly, the choice of method of increasing the implementation efficiency of these decisions. As a comprehensive measure of efficiency, for the first time to create a radar, it is proposed to apply the concept of risk. As a result, the use of a risk provides a basis for solving problems of control and selection of the optimal structure of the station.
