This paper employs the Stackelberg equilibrium revenue allocation Game Theory analysis to adopt the revenue allocation strategy. The basic objective of the study is to maximize the overall benefits of the port logistics system so that all member levels of effort can achieve Pareto-optimal and encourage all members of the port logistics system to take positive cooperation strategies. In this paper, taking into account the risks of collaborative competition, the revenue allocation hybrid mode based on contribution is established and the revenue allocation program for all member companies' benefits is also proposed to achieve Pareto-optimal.
