This paper analyzes the uncertainty of the traffic flow model based on the establishment of the macroscopic flow models, and by analyzing the influential factors of the dual flow parameters, points out the uncertainty of these parameters as well as the difficulty in defining them. It further explores the problems existent in the conditional hypotheses and parameter calibration of the traffic flow.
