Bicycle traffic is an important part of the urban transport system. However, bicycle traffic environment is not optimistic, and traditional traffic planning is mobility-oriented. More attention should be paid to the planning of bicycle traffic, especially the accessibility aspects. In this study, bicycle accessibility is viewed as the superposition of spatial and psychological accessibility, which are measured by time consumption cost and psychological consumption cost, respectively. We conduct cycling experiments and use SPSS to analyze the relationship between traffic environment, psychological data and riding time data. Furthermore, this paper calculates time cost and psychological consumption cost using experiment data, and adopt a structural equation model to analyze the relationship between spatial accessibility, psychological accessibility and bicycle traffic environment. The results show that bicycle accessibility has a direct relationship with traffic environment. Finally, some suggestions are given to enhance bicycle accessibility.
