With the rapid development of expressway construction in China, new materials, new technology, and new standards are widely used in time that greatly improves the design level and engineering quality of expressway. It is of great significance to enhance potential application value and effect of expressway traffic safety facilities, while ensuring its good functional characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the research of evaluation methods of expressway traffic safety facilities. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the evaluation system and model of expressway traffic safety facilities. Then, the evaluation management system of expressway traffic safety facilities is established. Finally, the traffic safety facilities of Handan airport expressway are evaluated by using the established evaluation system and model. The practical results show the practicability of the system.
