Due to the increasing complexity of traffic routes and the variability of customer demand, there are many dynamic factors in actual distribution, customer demand may change, and vehicles may be congested due to traffic flow, rush hour, weather changes and other factors, which require continuous updating of information and dynamic planning of vehicle routes. Based on the traditional VRP, this paper introduced the road capacity to reflect the urban road traffic conditions, taking into account the dynamic requirements of the new and old customers, and other related information of vehicle scheduling and path planning. With the minimum cost as the goal, the dynamic vehicle routing optimization model with time window is constructed and solved by using the optimization algorithm, considering the time penalty constraint, and dynamic customer inspection constraint when vehicles arrive at the distribution point, which makes the solution efficiency more practical application value.
