This paper presents a practical model DHGF for risk assessment of the logistics park by combining Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Progress, Grey Interconnect and Fuzzy Evaluating. A model is used for the risk assessment of the logistics park for planning, construction and operation, then their feasibility, effectiveness, risk control and preventive measures response in each stage of Logistics Park are all given.
