In this paper, the life cycle model of logistics competitive power has been analyzed. Five characteristic stage elements in the logistics competitive power developing process have been described. Based on this analyzing, a fuzzy stage recognition model of characteristic mapping theory was set up. And then, the objective and the science policy-making were put out.
