Reverse logistics is the basis of effective utilization of resources. The current paper analyzes the incomplete-information dynamic game of the enterprises' strategies of discarding and reverse logistics, the society's strategies of appealing and reticence, the government's strategies of punishment and non-punishment and put forward the operation selections and their ratio as well as the effective measures applying to reverse logistics.
