Over the last decade, Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) has been an emergent aera for a wide range of applications. VANET offers many automatic solutions to the problems associated with transportation, driving assistance and highway safety. Mostly numerous car companies' reply to client calls that results reduced fuel utilization, wasted time and air pollution. Meanwhile VANET has the capability to convey information using vehicle's network, it may possibly allocate the nearest free car to help the client which may minimize the above‐mentioned drawbacks.

Emergency systems also offer a vital service that requires location information of vehicle. When a vehicle meets with accidents, the necessary information can help emergency systems to make the right decision and request the nearest emergency health care center to take action. For this reason, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) permits that U.S. mobile phone service providers provide location information for millions of wireless subscribers to operators [1, 2]. However, in many cases, the accident victims are not in position to call the emergency systems, which may result in an ultimate death of the victims. Such accidents provide a compelling reason to have an automatic emergency system on each vehicle, using which an emergency message can be transmitted automatically from the location of the accident to the closest emergency center. This message should also warn other vehicles travelling toward the accident spot about related traffic congestion, if any.
