To solve the location problem of logistics unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) airport in urban environment, a location model is proposed with the objective of minimizing the comprehensive cost and the constrains of airspace restriction, UAV performance, airport performance and etc. An adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) is introduced to solve the model and an example from the LRP data set is selected for case study. The results of experiment indicate that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are effective and feasible, and can realize the location and allocation of logistics UAV airports in city, which have certain theoretical value and can provide reference for decision makers.
