Two-phase flow for gas through Non-Newtonian liquid in vertical concentric annulus have been studied. Experimental were carried out to exam the transition of bubble flow to slug flow and the Taylor bubbles rising. Mathematical model of rise velocities of the Taylor bubble has been creased by cross-correlation of two differential pressure fluctuations based on computer acquiring data. The rise velocities of Taylor bubbles calculated by the new model are faster than those by previous models in vertical tube and annulus and depend on volumetric gas flow rate. The rise velocity of single Taylor bubble is lower than that of a series of Taylor bubbles due to wake flow effect etc. The shape and length of Taylor bubbles through Non-Newtonian liquid are quite different from those through Newtonian liquid.
