In this paper, pneumatic flow proportional control valves (PFPCV) is introduced, it's structure and working principle are discussed and analysed. The valves cound control pneumatic flow automatically with the application of feedback pneumatic pressure's automatic adjusting the area of flow restriction valves, its structure are simple and costs are low. The valves could be used to control hydrogen automatically in hydrogen offering system of Hydrogen/Gasline dual fuel engine (HGDE). A principle figure of test system is gired in the paper. The results of the test are satisfied. The pneumatic power drive (PPD) is widely used in every area of industry. To satisfy the different needs. The valves used to control PPD needs to have different function. In PPD automatic control system. The control valves usually need to be offered the feedback according to the movement of the executive elements. Such as traffic, energy, chemical industry, etc., the electro magnetic proportional valves are usually unsatisfied, yet, the PFPCV have simple structure, low costs, therefore, have great prospects.
