A new multiplexing technique for automotive electronic has been presented. It uses the CDMA spread spectrum concept and leads to a network communication, using the powerlines medium and so reduces the number of wires. It also offers a good immunity against interferences. EMC tests have proved the viability of the proposed network. Additional measurements will be necessary, in particular those to evaluate the characteristics of the latter attribute. Then, this system has to be integrated in a ASIC, to reduce the size and the cost of the transmitter and receiver.
