A new type of 2880 t * m double rotary chassis structure of railway crane was studied by using ANSYS software in this paper. On the basis of the overall modeling, the way of coupling is proposed creatively by taking into account the support cylinder, the chassis and the tradition of the leg, the research reference for the new type of large tonnage double rotary rail crane chassis structure was provided by using APDL language in rotary bearing load when it was carried out on the variable load, and constraints under the support cylinder surfaces move all degrees of freedom. Optimization theory for chassis of various dangerous conditions to make optimization analysis was proposed respectively by using ANSYS software. The problem of localization of double rotary rail crane was solved by checking all conditions after comprehensive round, which was designed to save material double rotary rail crane chassis structure and taking the eigenvalue buckling analysis method to check the stability of the chassis.
