    本发明涉及起重机制造领域,具体说是一种大吨位起重机小车运行机构布置结构,包括小车本体、台车架、小车车轮和小车运行机构,所述小车本体两侧底部和台车架相互铰接设置,所述小车车轮通过轴承固定设置于所述台车架的两端,小车车轮与起重机行走轨配合滚动;所述小车运行机构对称设置于小车车轮内侧的小车本体上,小车运行机构为小车本体提供平移驱动力并驱动小车车轮转动;该布置结构的减速机与小车车轮间采用万向轴连接,完全满足台车与小车架之间的转动角度,不会对减速机造成损伤,故障率大大下降,并且全部采用标准件,成本低,采购周期短,另外这种结构,小车总高相对较低,厂房建设成本也相对降低,对厂房的安装环境适应性更强。
