The key question that the rolled axle on Cross-Wedge Rolling with Multi-wedge is to guarantee the even distortion on the rolled pieces. This article takes technological parameters of various wedges and the order of the rolling task completed by the third wedge as the design variable, expects the even distortion rolled piece as the research aim and uses method combined with the optimization design and the finite element method, to optimize the multi-wedge die of railway axle.
