Vehicle is one of the most used source of transportation persons and materials in this time. Even when electronic plays more and more a decisive role on control of vehicle, it is still generally affected by a human factor. Many efforts of world manufacturers and research organizations are pointed to increase safety and lower the power consumption. Next step could be complex and safety vehicle drive, like in airplanes. This article describes methods of navigation vehicle to optimal line. Experimentally vehicle is connected to measuring system and monitoring its own parameters and parameters of around environment - route. On base of measured quantities and prior knowledge of route, optimal strategy has been found in the way to minimalize consumed energy. Tests are conducted on experimental vehicle Hydrogenix. The vehicle is an electromobile with generator of electrical energy formed from hydrogen low temperature fuel cell. Prototype of experimental vehicle is for race called Shell Eco marathon.
