The basic results system theoretical and experimental researches and computer modelling of technological process of edititing of rails, the equipment and drives of correct complexes on the basis of which recommendations on their perfection and creation of microprocessor system of program automatic control which realization will allow to raise essentially quality, service life, competitiveness and efficiency of modern manufacture of rails and other structures of hire with the high set properties are proved are presented. A modern mathematical model of the straightening process has been developed on the basis of the volumetric stationary isothermal boundary value problem of elastoplasticity and of the usage of variational principles in combination with the finite element method. Developed is a computer methodology for the investigation and optimisation of the profile stress deformation state under bending conditions.
