In view of the requirement of successive coal-mining equipment's work efficiency and socioeconomic development, The TMZ80 transporting vehicle has been designed and developed. The maximum rated load of TMZ80 transporting vehicle is 80 ton, which can cooperate with many kinds of coal mine's roadway to complete the transportation of successive coal-mining equipment. The close hydraulic system is adopted for drive, and the questions of tyre speed difference and tyre driving force difference. The close-type load-sensing hydraulic system is used for steering, suspension, and kickstand, which optimizes the controllability. In this foundation, CAN bus is developed in the electronic control system.
