The analysis of the performance parameters of foreign and Russian hardware-software systems for interpreting and archiving radiograms enabled formulation of the requirements for systems for digitizing radiograms; hardware-software systems for interpreting and archiving radiograms; the software of the hardware-software systems; metrological certification of measuring equipment for computer interpretation and archiving of radiograms; specialists interpreting radiograms. For wide practical implementation of hardware-software systems for interpreting and archiving radiograms, it is necessary to develop special means of measurement and settings for the measuring channel of the system, a method of certification of the hardware-software systems as means of measurement, and generalized algorithms for classifying and identifying images of flaws in welded joints.
