A novel phase-shifted Zero Voltage Switching bidirectional DC-DC converter for supercapacitor interface is presented in this paper. The proposed DC-DC converter consists of dual half-bridge circuits of which the filtering capacitor-free topology can be employed in the low-voltage side circuit connected with supercapacitors. The operation principle is described and the feasibility of the proposed converter topology is verified with simulation analysis.
