In this paper, a non-linear mathematics model of construction vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension is built up, and with the help of MATLAB/SIMULINK computer software, dynamics non-linear random vibration research on construction vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension system with digital way, a 1/4-construction vehicle dynamics two-freedom non-linear vibration model built up. To make random surface signals created by white noise as an input, dynamics non-linear performance-simulated software for hydro-pneumatic suspension system is programmed for simulation, so that all dynamics performance index can be obtained for analysis and evaluation. In order to test and verify the result of hydro-pneumatic suspension system dynamics performance simulation, the authors wok LTM1032 all-terrain mobile crane as the object of study, massive whole-vehicle road simulating experiments have been done, making use of the whole-vehicle road simulating test rig in XCMG (Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Inc.) Technical Centre. Random road surface signals input is on an equal basis with simulating conditions.
