The paper is devoted to the problem of diagnostics of structures using the methods of holographic interferometry, electron speckle-interferometry and shearography. The results of application of these methods for the non-destructive quality control and determination of residual stresses in elements and sub-assemblies of welded and adhesive-bonded structures of metallic and non-metallic materials are given. To provide the diagnostics of structures, the compact holographic schemes and devices, with the help of which the local fields of displacements and deformations in the zones of defects and relaxation of residual stresses were recorded, have been designed and manufactured. Examples of diagnostics of aircraft and machine-building structures using the holographic interferometry, electron speckle-interferometry and shearography are given.
