The article deals with the design of the internal combustion engines. Disadvantages of piston engine are pointed out and advantages of rotary engines are stressed. The simply caIculations are added in order to convince the opponents. The very early development procedures of the two rotary engines design are described. The important parts of first rotary engine are machined out and the difficulties that occur already during the assembly phase are pointed out. On the basis of the analysis of the troubles that we have with this first rotary engine the second rotary engine is proposed. The working concept for this second rotary engine is described. The advantages and disadvantages of piston engines are carefully studied. The improvement on the internal combustion engines is proposed by building simply rotary engine that consist from separately units, which doing his role in the best way. The authors of the presented rotary engine are aware that a lot of research and development work should be done on this engine in order to get the practically usable one. And the experts say that idea is only one percent of work; ninety-nine percent of success is hard work and without hard work is nothing. On the end the tests would say how good this engine practically is.
