Recently vehicle interior noise comes to be low and almost allowable, but road-induced noise is still a task to improve. This noise issue is not a little influenced by tire performances. Therefore analysis of tire is a primary subject for the improvement. However it seems effective and indispensable to restudy relationship with suspension. In this study, we developed an analytical approach about the vibration coupling with taking notice of the relationship. In this approach frequency response function synthesis method is adopted. The approach is applied to noise issue in the frequency range of 8O Hz on Macpherson strut type suspension.
