The control of a linear dynamic plant is considered on the example of the longitudinal motion of a flying vehicle. The control algorithm uses a prediction model that simulates the dynamic properties of the plant, but does not simulate the properties of actual integrating drives. Methods of design of a prediction model are developed and analyzed with the aid of numerical experiments.
