As is known; if two observers, one at rest and the other moving with a constant velocity, measure the velocity of propagation of the same light beam, they both obtain the same value, c. In other words; the postulate of the invariance of length, time, mass and force has been replaced by the postulate of the invariance of the velocity of light. This postulate leads to the transformation of Lorentz. When time measurements are made on or near the Earth, the effect of revolution of the Earth on its axis and around the Sun should be taken into account. Principles and experiments of time correction for this are briefly described in this paper. It is shown that the correction can be made with an error within 0.1 to 1 ns.
