Abstract The Lorentz acceleration acting on the Lorentz spacecraft is determined by the local magnetic field and the vehicle’s velocity with respect to the local magnetic field. As derived in the last chapter, both the local magnetic field and the relative velocity are functions of the relative states between spacecraft, that is, relative position and velocity.
