With the development of China's civil aircraft flight test industry, more and more flight test have been completed, and flight testers have rich flight test experience. With the improvement of flight test experience, the pursuit of higher test flight efficiency has become the common goal of everyone. Referring to the experience of mature foreign flight test organizations, a flight test management system can effectively improve flight test efficiency. Based on several years of flight test experience, the company has developed a civil aircraft flight test management system. This paper studies and introduces the flight test management system from the background, system function and system evaluation. Through the research, the advantages and disadvantages of the current flight test management system are summarized, which can be used as a reference for subsequent system upgrades and other similar system development. So as to promote the development of China's civil aircraft flight test industry.
