A review of modern publications on the definition of the problems of material and technical supply in construction is presented. Material resources supply irregularities are the main reason for the construction flows downtime within the shifts. Material resources in construction organizations are formed in accordance with the peculiarities of the adopted technology and organization of the construction process at the erection sites on the assumption of the possibility of material and technical supply of any of the adopted options for the work production. To increase the operational reliability of the organization of material and technical supply of construction projects, it is necessary to determine the volume of deliveries and their distribution in time. The application of classical Wilson formula is proved for the stationary demand. The use of the Wagner-Whitin algorithm is proposed for the probabilistic nature of the construction logistics system. A target function including total logistical support costs over the planning period is developed. The total costs are minimized by the selection of supply volumes using the logic of dynamic programming. An algorithm for the selection of supplies has been developed. The presented algorithm can reduce the volume of computational operations for finding the minimum variable costs for the planned period and the optimal schedule of supply of material resources corresponding to this period. Methodology of supply distribution arrangement in time to provide construction flows functioning, presented by the authors, allows solving a problem of material resources delivery schedule optimization, increasing uniformity of construction flows supply with material resources, decreasing the size of turnover assets in construction. Materials of the article enable to plan the organization of supply of material resources in construction and are the basis for further research.
