The problem of ensuring the necessary level of information security under the conditions of an ever-expanding list of threats, means, and methods for their implementation is very complex, requiring for its solution not just the implementation of a certain set of scientific, R&D, technical and organizational measures but also the use of specific tools and methods of data security to create their entire system. At the same time, ensuring the information security in modern FNSs and computing systems (CS) shall be not a one-time action, but a continuous process purposefully carried out throughout the creation and operation of the system with the complex application of all available tools, methods, and measures.
