In this paper, the principle of the power on and the supply order of the main and the control power of the 0iDαi FANUC series servo amplifier is analyzed in detail and in-depth. Three types of faults are summarized in the process of the power supply. Combined with the failure analysis and troubleshooting examples, the analysis methods of these three kinds of faults are discussed in detail. This paper shows that different faults should be taken by different methods and we should pay more attention to the function of PMC, parameters, signal and electric principle in fault analysis. A practical and effective method is provided for the analysis and elimination of the power failure of the 0iDαi FANUC series servo amplifier.
