As an integral part of flight control system, High lift system is one of the key systems of large transport aircraft, which is directly related to the flight safety, flight quality and economy of the aircraft. In this paper, a set of models of high lift system are constructed based on Simulation X, and based on the similarity theory, a model is constructed to estimate the weight of the high lift system. The key parameters such as transmission ratio and system efficiency of high lift system are iteratively designed by collaborated design optimization method. The simulation results show that System transmission ratio configuration and system transmission efficiency are the key factors affecting system weight, power consumption and speed of transmission line. The results provide some references for the design of high lift system with light weight, high efficiency and economy.
