This paper analyzes the motor flux linkage equation, voltage equation, electromagnetic torque equation and coordinate transformation and three-phase inverter space vector control algorithm. On this basis, the position signal processing model, phase current signal processing model, initial rotor positioning model, Clark transform model, park transformation model, space vector control model, Kalman filter model and tandem PI controller model are constructed and each model was pre-simulated. Finally, the code generated by the model is download into the DSP chip TMS320F28335, and the actual running data is analyzed by the CAN bus data analysis method.
