Abstract A prospective technological process of manufacturing dry performs using tailored fiber placement (TFP) technology is considered. A possibility is assessed to enhance structural and processing properties of composite parts due to application of tailored reinforcement. A prospect of reinforcement perform production with optimal fiber arrangement is demonstrated. We present the examples of parts produced using TFP.
