Their optimal design, manufacture and maintenance continue to shape the future of innovation and advancement in various fields. With real-time monitoring, predictive analysis and effective maintenance strategies, organizations can enhance system reliability, minimize downtime, and achieve cost-effective maintenance operation. This chapter proposes an operation reliability assessment method that realizes health monitoring-based reliability assessment and condition-based maintenance for complex electro-mechanical systems, such as the turbine generator set, compressor gearbox, and aero-engine rotor.
