The percentage of women working in the industry has increased significantly over the past several years, which is a sign of how women have adjusted to these advancements in aviation technology. In addition to women who fly, there are also women who work in air traffic control, aircraft maintenance, and other technical fields. Modern technology gives women in the workforce a chance to adapt through knowledge transfer and by knowing their needs.
