Abstract In this time of robotization advances fabricating parts have put levels of popularity on quick and dependable creation techniques. This testing of clutch plate is done through axial fatigue rig test bench. This work is the evaluation and analysis of the existing thread hole in base plate. The current axial fatigue rig test bench uses threading type of fixtures for holding the workpiece in the proper position. The evaluated system uses vertical grub screw for holding the workpiece instead of directly fixing the clutch plate in the base plate. Then both working principles are interpreted for their unique merits and demerits. Comparison of both working components was made based on their performance efficiency and their merits and demerits. The result is given based on the comparison between the two fixtures of clutch.
