Security is one of the most important criteria for the effectiveness of the operating activities of civil aviation. The field of transport security, which in civil aviation is called aviation security, is associated with solving the issues and problems of protecting objects or subjects of aviation from dangerous and harmful factors of the industry and uncontrolled influence on its activities. Any violations of the functioning of the security system can lead to emergencies, including the death of people. Modern aviation security systems are based on analyzing security threats and adopting appropriate measures to eliminate them. This fact is primarily related to identifying hazards and managing risk factors to ensure the functioning of the aviation system in the established parameters of an acceptable security level. Simultaneously, the focus on the security of people is based only on the study of security threats; it does not consider related problems, such as the protected contingent as a social system. This research is the first attempt in the scientific field of civil aviation to study aviation security issues, taking into account social aspects. The study aims to identify the areas of security implementation that are particularly important for civil aviation.
