This article investigates the stability of a satellite in the presence of uncertainties. Adaptive neural network(NN) boundary control is designed to achieve the control targets of vibration suppression and attitude tracking. The radial basis function neural networks(RFNNs) are developed to handle the system uncertainties. The designed boundary control approach can ensure the uniformly bounded stability of system states. Some simulations are provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the employed approach.
