Aiming at the problem of Premature explosion of radio fuze for live firing projectiles, combining with the basic principle of normal function of fuze, the causes of Premature explosion for ground and air targets are analyzed. By constructing a test system which can simulate the relative motion of projectile, the influence of fuze frequency, relative speed, relative attitude, frequency difference, energy difference and other factors on fuze firing is tested, and the main cause of Premature explosion is analyzed. The method of reducing the probability of Premature explosion is put forward, which is conducive to ensuring the safety of use and improving the play of the operational effectiveness of the projectile.
