The dynamic characteristics of aerospace vehicles (ASVs) and the design of control systems significantly impact closed-loop performance. This study presents an integrated system design approach based on the ASV-integrated control-oriented model. By incorporating control-related open-loop constraints and optimizing fuel consumption during the dynamic pressure acceleration climb segment, the research conducts an integrated design of airframe/trajectory. Performance constraints linked to the control system are integrated into the optimization problem of the body/thrust system, and the simulation results indicate the need for comprehensive consideration of subsystem constraints and performance.
