Decision-centric Warfare brings new demand on command and control architecture to combine human with machines, enabling frontline commanders to control distributed forces, adapt to battle environment, and perform military mission. This paper proposes a mission-centered command and control paradigm realizing missions issued by frontline commanders. In this scenario commanders issues military materials convoy tasks to cooperated UAV and UGV. A simulation framework is proposed where intelligent agent is modeled in BDI architecture, task assignment is carried out in Contract Network Protocol, path is dynamically calculated with A* algorithm. Simulation experiments of UAV and UGV collaboration based on situation awareness are carried out in Multi-agent simulation system. Simulation results show that this framework could accomplish the convoy mission.
